Snes prices are rising

Boxed games for the Snes are reaching 8x original RRP, which is pretty amazing. How long before the bubble bursts do you think? Are the buyers complete collectors who are willing to go into the thousands of pounds for the last 10/20 games for their collections, or savvy retro investors who know that game prices are set to rise again?
